A $760 deposit is required to confirm a booking and is payable within 14 days.
This deposit covers up to 20 people to stay. If there are more than 20, additional guests pay $38 per person per night.
Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card or we can provide you with our banking details.
To move a booking from one date to another incurs no fees, but will be subject to availability. Please call us on 55682677 to do this.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days from the arrival date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures or cancellations once guests have arrived.
If a booking is cancelled with more than 14 days notice a $30 administration fee applies. This refund can take up to 28 days.
